Valve surprised fans at The International 7 yesterday past times revealing 2 novel Dota 2 heroes: 1 acrobatic, pangolin-inspired* swordsman together with a pinkish fairy. The unwrap trailer shows the swordsman rolling betwixt enemies together with speaking inwards an accent that's halfway betwixt Puss inwards Boots together with Zorro.
The fairy—who holds a lantern alongside a menacing, flight animal inside—seems to fit the description of an upcoming hero uncovered inwards game files from an update from May, called Sylph.
The files suggested Sylph would convey abilities called Flash Powder together with Shadow Realm. Valve hasn't confirmed the names or skills of the novel heroes, simply the fairy's appearance inwards the video fits alongside those might names (and a sylph is an air spirit, which ties it all together).
